B.E.S.T. & Spiritual B.E.S.T. are hands on techniques that acts similar to how acupuncture looks. I hold pressure points around the head & body, working with electromagnetic energy to stimulate an energy flow throughout the body again that’s intended to be there. This allows the nervous system to send the all is well signal to the brain to cause everything to relax so it can start the healing process.
