What your body is trying to tell you. Based on a form filled in the previous session, I will be able to pin point exactly what the symbolism is in your physical symptoms.I will then provide further information and ask you further questions based on this.

3. Cognitive Behavioural Methods
Here we re-frame negative thought patterns and turn them into positives.

4. Emotional Freedom Techniques and Self Care:
Here we will formulate set up phrases pertinant to your situation. We will have a session (over the phone or skype) where we will apply these techniques.We look at ways to help you to relax.
