| 1. Getting Started Package Here we make an appointment where we have a counselling and EFT session - over the phone or Skype. The initial session can be 90 minutes long ($110) followed by two 45 minute follow up sessions ($65) a week apart each. You will receive daily tapping homework exercises inbetween. This way we are able to track your progress and tap on negative emotions as they come up. |
